Responsibilities

1. User Operations: Centered on the user, you'll develop operational strategies and objectives, drive end-to-end project execution, continuously deepen user insights, and create greater value for our customers.
2. Merchant & Supply Operations: With merchants, riders, drivers, and suppliers as your core stakeholders, you'll design scientifically sound strategies to drive market penetration, scale growth, and structural optimization.
3. Content Operations: Focused on the production, consumption, and business application of content, information, and data, you'll run UGC, PGC, and new media initiatives to build a virtuous production cycle.
4. Tool & System Operations: Serving internal users, you'll leverage data analysis, system development and 1.adoption, and process design to drive efficiency gains across the organization.
5. Experience Operations: You'll provide end-to-end support for identifying, analyzing, resolving, and evaluating experience issues, while driving improvements in both the efficiency and experience quality of our service tools.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Highly sensitive to user-side signals and information.
3. Passionate about the O2O industry; thoughtful and creative.
4. Strong goal orientation with the ability to decompose objectives and drive execution; excellent execution capabilities.
5. Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to effectively organize and coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental resources.
6. Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLM conversational assistants, AI content generation tools). Curious about and willing to learn how AI can empower operations and improve efficiency. Open to exploring AI applications in operations scenarios — such as leveraging large models to assist with content generation, user insight analysis, and operations strategy optimization — to drive efficiency gains.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Proficient in SQL and Python.
2. Experience using AI tools for operations work, such as leveraging large models to assist with copywriting, data analysis, and intelligent customer service.
3. Familiar with mainstream Agent development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Dify, etc.), with demonstrated cases of using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
