Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Motor Claims Executive (UAE National) to join our Motor Claims team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will support the assessment, processing, and administration of motor insurance claims while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Review and process motor insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Verify claim documentation, accident reports, repair estimates, and supporting information.
• Coordinate with customers, garages, surveyors, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely settlement within agreed service standards.
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation within the claims management system.
• Assist in evaluating claim costs and identifying discrepancies or potential fraud indicators.
• Support claim investigations and gather relevant information where required.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills to be successful (Qualification)

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Finance
• Economics
• Business Administration
• Accounting
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Or any other related discipline

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship experience in insurance, banking, finance, customer service, or operations will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career within the insurance industry.
