Job Title :

Asst. Material Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on material requirements for Production. • Check material availability and coordinate with Stores and Procurement for shortages. • Maintain and update material records, stock information and related documents. • Follow up on material requests, purchase orders and pending deliveries. • Coordinate with Production and Stores to ensure timely availability of required materials. • Prepare basic material status reports and provide updates to the concerned departments. • Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records of material movements.

Years of Experience

: 0 - 3 Years

Field of Experience

: Materials coordination, purchasing support, inventory control, warehouse operations, supplier follow-up, material documentation, and ERP/system usage. Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

Skills

Basic knowledge of materials, inventory and stock records. Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills. Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to maintain proper records and work within deadlines. Willingness to learn and work with different departments.
