1- Ensures immediate action in case of change of aircraft and new set ups.

2- Monitors the telex printer all the times and takes appropriate action.

3- Keeps himself and other staff well informed and up to date with the changes in DIFOS, packing list or any instruction received from Saudia/Foreign Airlines as regards to standards and packing patterns are strictly followed.

4- Keeps proper record of all documents.

5- Ensure that all staff are well informed of the changes in procedures and standards and actions all extra jobs assigned through IOCs/Emails.

6- Ensures proper shift handover with Logbook and briefing to the in-coming shift Senior Foreman regarding various aspects of operation.

7- Responsible for assigning staff to assemble flights on deadlines and checks the flights if required.

8- Ensures that all provisioning, assembled for flights are as per loading/production plan.

9- Ensures that food load sheets and security check lists are prepared and signed by individuals checking the flights.

10- Ensures immediate action on up-catering requirement.

11- Coordinates with Supervisors Assembly and Transport regarding availability of transport.

12- Coordinates with Beverage, Kits, Tray Setting, Equipment, Food packing Sections for smooth functioning of assembly.

13- Ensures that only authorized items are dispatched on flights and security checklists are duly completed.

14- Ensures that required assistance is provided to VIP Cell as and when advised by Supervisor Assembly.

15- Checks up-catering items very carefully before dispatching the same to aircraft.
