Systems Specialist / Systems Technician

• Performing maintenance of critical systems at all data centers, ensuring all systems are running efficiently and securely.

• Performing services according to agreed-upon standards, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services provided, and addressing any concerns or issues.

• Performing services in compliance with regulatory requirements, while managing any risks associated with service delivery.

System Specific Responsibilities

Thermal Systems

• Serving as the point of contact regarding thermal systems services and technical concerns.

• Performing the installation, commissioning and configuration of chillers, CCUs, FCUs, FAHUs and FWUs.

• Composing thermal systems documentation such as SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, etc.

• Following OEM guidelines and safety protocols, e.g. Trane, York & Carrier, in troubleshooting.

• Responding to thermal equipment failures rapidly while being on call.

• Performing chillers tests such as approach temperature test, superheat & sub-cooling test, load response test, etc.

• Performing CCUs tests such as variable speed fan test, high\ low pressure cutoff test, temperature & humidity control test, etc.

• Performing FAHUs tests such as airflow test, noise level & vibration test, dehumidifier test, etc.

Education

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or any diploma in mechanical field.

Experience

• 2-years experience in electrical maintenance or mechanical maintenance.
