Responsible for delivering all 3D & BIM models for various projects using industry leading software, such as Civil 3D, Revit, Naviswork, 3dx Max, Sketchup etc, based on project requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide CAD drafting and create 3D models

• Create & Manage BIM families, components, and templates

• Align 3D model as advised by Project control Manager/Planning Engineer for 4D/5D Planning

• Incorporate design changes and updates into the BIM models as directed

• Assist in resolving clashes by coordinating with other disciplines and making necessary adjustments to the BIM models

• Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes and coordinate design elements

• Participate in regular coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops to address clashes and conflicts

• Generate accurate and high-quality 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM models

• Ensure consistency and adherence to project standards in the extracted drawings

• Review and verify the accuracy of extracted drawings before submission

• Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization and Industry

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for BIM modeling and coordination

• Collaborate with the BIM team to develop and enhance BIM workflows and processes

• Collaborate effectively with project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Architecture, Structural), or equivalent

• ACC ,Revit, Civil 3D and Naviswork Software Certificates are preferred

• 3-5 years experience in BIM modelling in similar industries
