Responsibilities

1. Collect, curate, and maintain business knowledge assets in a centralized Wiki repository, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and continuous updates.
2. Manage the internal official channels to effectively disseminate business knowledge across all employees.
3. Design and execute engagement strategies to drive awareness and adoption.
4. Design, organize, and facilitate employee training initiatives to enhance business acumen and functional skills.
5. Measure training effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Experience in training or knowledge management is preferred, with familiarity in training processes and tools.
3. Strong logical thinking and the ability to distill complex information into effective learning content.
4. Proficient in office software, with basic skills and data analysis.
5. Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to an international work environment.
