GEMS Modern Academy, Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and inspiring Business Studies Teacher to join our dynamic academic team.
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Studies, Business Management, Economics or a related discipline.
- Have relevant teaching experience in IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), ICSE and IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of IB philosophy, inquiry-based learning and curriculum delivery.
- Be confident in teaching business concepts, management, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship and related areas.
- Create engaging lessons that connect business theories with real-world applications and current business trends.
- Develop students' analytical, research, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management, communication and collaborative skills.
- Be committed to student achievement, well-being and continuous professional development.
