A) Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities
- Lead and supervise the nursing department and ensure high standards of patient care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
- Ensure compliance with NHRA requirements and applicable healthcare regulations.

B) Education, Experience & Special Training
- Education: BSC or Master’s degree in Nursing is an advantage.
