تعلن aasa Group عن شاغر مهندس موقع مدني للبنية التحتية لتنفيذ الأعمال والإشراف عليها وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة. تشمل المسؤوليات أعمال الحفر والطرق وتصريف المياه والصرف الصحي وتمديد المرافق، إلى جانب توقيع الأعمال بالموقع ومتابعة الفحوصات والتقدم والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع ومقاولي الباطن. كما يتولى المهندس متابعة متطلبات الجودة والسلامة، ومعالجة المسائل الفنية وتوثيق الأعمال ودعم الاختبارات والتشغيل والتسليم. يشترط الحصول على بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية وخبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية، وتُفضّل خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في الإمارات.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute civil and infrastructure works as per approved drawings and specifications
- Supervise earthworks, roadworks, drainage, sewerage, and utility installation activities
- Set out site works and ensure alignment with survey data and drawings
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections (WIR, MIR, IR) and approvals
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- Coordinate with planning, survey, and subcontract teams for execution activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements
- Review method statements and ensure correct implementation on site
- Resolve technical site issues and escalate critical problems to senior engineers
- Maintain site documentation and assist in preparation of as-built drawings
- Ensure proper material usage and avoid wastage at site
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
Basic Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience preferred
