Horizon is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Civil Inspector / Construction Inspector to supervise and monitor civil and construction works at project sites and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil or construction works.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and monitor site execution.
• Good knowledge of quality and safety procedures at project sites.
