At Kimpton Sevn Dubai, it's about building something new — creating the beverage identity, concepts, standards, team, and culture before the first guest walks through the door.

We are looking for a Cluster Beverage Manager who can do both.

Someone who understands that great beverage programmes are built through people, product, creativity, commercial thinking, and genuine hospitality.

You won't simply oversee beverage.

You'll help shape the beverage story across two very different hospitality experiences.

• Drive beverage performance across the existing operation
• Maintain and elevate quality and service standards
• Develop the team and strengthen beverage culture
• Identify commercial opportunities and improve profitability
• Keep the programme relevant, engaging, and guest-focused

Kimpton Sevn Dubai

Create. Build. Launch.

• Develop the beverage strategy from the ground up
• Create concepts, menus, recipes, and standards
• Establish suppliers and beverage partnerships
• Recruit and develop the opening team
• Build the beverage culture and identity before opening

The opportunity is to bring your experience from a live operation into a pre-opening environment — while understanding that each hotel needs its own personality and point of view.

As Cluster Beverage Manager, you will:

• Lead the beverage strategy across both properties
• Oversee beverage operations across all relevant F&B outlets

• Build strong beverage teams and develop future leaders
• Establish meaningful supplier and industry relationships

The Gig

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Cluster Beverage Manager will provide beverage leadership across both properties.

Your Day-to-Day

No two days will look the same.

One day you're reviewing beverage performance and coaching the team at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay.

The next, you're tasting products, developing menus, meeting suppliers, or building the opening beverage programme for Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

Your world will include:

Cluster Beverage Strategy

• Develop and maintain the overall beverage strategy across both properties
• Ensure each hotel has a clear and relevant beverage identity
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, shared knowledge, and best practice
• Monitor industry trends and evolving guest expectations
• Balance brand standards with local relevance and creativity

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay – Operations

• Oversee beverage performance across all relevant outlets
• Maintain high standards of product quality, service, presentation, and consistency
• Work with outlet leaders to improve guest experience and beverage performance
• Review menus, pricing, costing, and sales performance
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and beverage costs
• Coach and develop the existing beverage team
• Use guest feedback and commercial data to continuously improve the programme

Kimpton Sevn Dubai – Pre-Opening

• Build the beverage programme from the ground up
• Develop outlet-specific beverage concepts and identities
• Create cocktail, wine, spirits, beer, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic programmes
• Develop recipes, specifications, costing, and service standards
• Establish supplier relationships and product sourcing
• Support recruitment and build the opening beverage team
• Create beverage SOPs, training materials, and operational systems
• Lead tastings, trials, mock services, and pre-opening testing
• Establish the beverage culture before opening day

Beverage Development

• Create signature and seasonal beverage offerings
• Introduce relevant new products, techniques, and experiences
• Ensure menus remain fresh, distinctive, and commercially relevant
• Develop storytelling around key products and signature serves
• Build strong non-alcoholic and inclusive beverage offerings

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop beverage teams across both properties
• Build beverage knowledge across outlet and F&B teams
• Conduct tastings, masterclasses, and regular training
• Develop beverage champions and future leaders
• Share best practices between the two properties
• Create a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning

Supplier & Industry Relationships

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, producers, distributors, and industry partners
• Source distinctive products that fit each hotel's identity
• Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining quality
• Conduct product tastings and evaluations
• Explore collaborations, guest shifts, masterclasses, and industry experiences
• Stay connected to Dubai's evolving beverage scene

Commercial & Financial Performance

• Own beverage revenue and profitability objectives across both properties
• Monitor beverage cost, margins, pricing, and menu performance
• Analyse outlet performance and identify commercial opportunities
• Control wastage, stock levels, and inventory accuracy
• Support menu engineering and strategic pricing
• Balance creativity with strong financial discipline

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
• Maintain correct product storage and handling
• Conduct beverage quality and operational checks
• Support audits and corrective action plans
• Ensure brand and hotel standards are consistently maintained

• Strong background in luxury, lifestyle, upscale, or destination hospitality
• Proven experience managing beverage across multiple outlets
• Comfortable leading both operational and pre-opening environments

What We Need From You

Education

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Beverage Management, or a related field preferred
• Relevant beverage, wine, spirits, or mixology qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 6–8 years of Beverage or Food & Beverage experience
• Previous Beverage Manager, Cluster Beverage Manager, or senior beverage leadership experience preferred
• Proven experience managing beverage across multiple outlets
• Luxury hotel, lifestyle hotel, restaurant group, or destination hospitality experience highly desirable
• Strong knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Proven experience in beverage menu development, costing, and commercial management
• Strong supplier and industry relationships
• Previous pre-opening experience strongly preferred
• GCC/Dubai experience beneficial
