Summary:
The Commis II will assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in the kitchen under the guidance of senior chefs.
This position is based at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha.
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting.
- Cook food according to recipes or as per the direction of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and quality standards.
- Help in storing and rotating food supplies to ensure freshness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commis or kitchen assistant.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
