Job Description
- Experienced EPC Marine Construction Manager with a proven track record in delivering marine construction projects.
- Extensive experience in piling, quay wall construction, slipway development, pontoon installation, coastal protection works (rock works), and small-scale dredging.
- Strong ability to lead and manage day-to-day site operations, resources, and subcontractors.
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, and driving productivity improvements to achieve project objectives.
- Experienced in coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
- Proven capability to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong focus on ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Thorough understanding of HSE requirements and quality compliance within marine construction environments.
- Effective team leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Committed to achieving successful project outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
- Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities.
