تبحث QatarEnergy عن مهندس عقود لتقديم المشورة والدعم لمنظمة OV في إدارة عقد استدعاء القوى العاملة، إضافة إلى أعمال المناقصات والعقود الجديدة عند الحاجة. تشمل المسؤوليات مراحل العقد من إعداد نطاق المناقصة حتى إقفال العقد. يشترط خبرة متعددة التخصصات لمدة 15 عاماً، منها 10 سنوات في قطاع النفط والغاز أو المنشآت الصناعية الكبرى، مع خبرة في إعداد العقود الكبيرة والمعقدة وتقييمها والتفاوض بشأنها. يلزم الحصول على بكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي أو في حصر الكميات، وتُعد الدراسات العليا في إدارة العقود أو إدارة المشاريع ميزة إضافية. مقر الوظيفة في الدوحة، قطر.

Primary Purpose of the Job
Provide professional advice, expertise and practical assistance to OV organization
in managing OV Manpower Call-Off Contract, new tendering / contractual matters (if any)
from inception of tender scope preparation until closeout of contracts.
Required Experience and Skills
15 years multi-disciplinary experience, including 10 years in an oil & gas industry
or with major industrial structures in the preparation/evaluation/negotiation of
tenders/contracts of large scale contracts with complexity and diversity.
Educational Qualifications
BSc in Engineering Discipline or Quantity Surveying. A postgraduate qualification
in Contract Management or Project Management desirable.
