• Ability to understand the NFP business environment, objectives, and apply internal policies and procedures effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to monitor, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources and prepare accurate reports to support decision-making across NFP

• Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual costs
• Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures
• Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs
• Recommends cost efficiencies in new product layouts
• Apportions costs between units of production and management
