What you'll do

• Take orders and handle POS transactions (cash and card) quickly and accurately during peak rushes
• Deliver warm, efficient counter and window service — you are the face of the brand
• Expedite orders, call out tickets and keep the line moving in tight quarters
• Set up and break down service stations; keep FOH clean, stocked and food-safety compliant
• Manage the queue, answer menu questions and handle allergies and modifications correctly
• Support packaging, quality checks and light prep during service
• Assist with truck setup at events, festivals and catering activations

What we're looking for

We are all about personality and outstanding service

• Energetic and very customer-oriented personality
• Experience in a food truck, fast casual bar or QSR concept
• POS experience
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable working fast in small spaces and staying calm under pressure
