Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall financial management, accounting operations, and reporting functions of the organization in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all business units and projects
• Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure accuracy and timely reporting to management
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity planning to support business operations
• Supervise project accounting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits, tax audits, and financial compliance reviews
• Develop and implement internal financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions, investments, and risk management
• Lead finance team performance, development, and operational efficiency improvements
  
• Ensure ERP system integrity, financial data accuracy, and process automation improvements
• Support management in strategic planning, pricing decisions, and commercial evaluations

Basic Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce
• Professional qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles
  
• Minimum 5+ years UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE Tax laws, and financial governance systems
• Proven experience in construction / contracting industry preferred
