Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Revenue to lead our revenue optimization initiatives in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal executive role, you will drive profitability across all revenue streams by developing and implementing comprehensive revenue management strategies. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize financial performance while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer experiences. • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies that optimize profitability across all hotel departments and revenue streams, including rooms, food and beverage, spa, and ancillary services.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives and collaborate with all profit-generating departments to identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities for incremental revenue and profit growth.
• Analyze demand patterns, market trends, competitive positioning, and economic indicators to derive insight-led pricing and yield strategies that maximize revenue contribution.
• Oversee pricing optimization, promotional strategies, and inventory management across all booking channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
• Direct channel distribution strategies, continuously evaluating new business opportunities and optimizing performance across online travel agencies (OTAs), corporate travel organizations (CTOs), and direct booking channels.
• Create short- and long-term financial forecasts and develop annual budgets that support strategic decision-making and long-term organizational planning.
• Chair revenue management meetings, driving strategic discussions, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, and fostering a revenue optimization culture throughout the organization.
• Serve as the system owner for all core revenue management technologies, ensuring data quality, system hygiene, and optimal utilization of revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and rate shopping tools.
• Manage relationships with distribution partners, OTA/CTO representatives, and market competitors to stay informed of industry trends and maintain competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute, measure, and evaluate digital marketing initiatives that support revenue objectives and drive customer acquisition.
• Identify, mentor, and develop revenue management talent within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and professional growth.
• Actively participate in ownership conversations and strategic presentations, communicating revenue performance, market insights, and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets while ensuring transparent and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

**Required Skills and Competencies:**

• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present compelling business cases to senior leadership
• Strategic thinking and visionary mindset with proven ability to develop and execute long-term revenue strategies
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Proficiency with revenue management systems (Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering)
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

**Required Experience:**

• Minimum 5 years of progressive revenue management experience, with at least 2 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role
• Extensive experience in 4- or 5-star hotel properties with complex operations, multiple revenue outlets, and diverse customer segments
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies that resulted in measurable profit growth
• Strong background in hotel operations and demonstrated experience working with hotel leadership teams
• Experience with channel distribution management and online travel agency partnerships
• Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, yield management, and demand forecasting
• Experience managing revenue management technology implementations and system optimization

**Required Education:**

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or hospitality management
• Certification in Revenue Management or related professional credential
• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium resort properties
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern or UAE hospitality market dynamics
• Experience with revenue management consulting or advisory services
• Knowledge of emerging revenue management technologies and artificial intelligence applications in pricing optimization
