Job Summary
We are seeking a Draftsman / BIM Modeler to join our contracting and construction company on a remote-work basis. The candidate will prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings to support site execution and approvals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology.
- Minimum 2–4 years of drafting experience in construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of drawing standards and submittal procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare shop drawings for civil, architectural and finishing works.
- Prepare coordination drawings and assist in resolving clashes between disciplines.
- Update drawings according to consbultant comments and site changes.
- Prepare as-built drawings for handover.
- Develop and maintain BIM models where required.
- Maintain an organized drawing register in coordination with document control.
