• The E&I Foreman reports to the General Foreman (E&I) assigned to the Project. He uses his discretion in establishing short term priorities and objectives including allocation of workforce, tools and equipment. Work is subject to review by his Superior

Responsibilities

• He is responsible for direct control of up to 40 Nos. productive personnel and up to 4 Nos. Supervisory personnel like Chargehands and Sr. Technicians.
• He is responsible for Supervising & Controlling the productivity and efficiency of the construction crew(s) assigned to him.
• He liaises with the E&I General Foreman to ensure timely availability of Installation work procedures, approved for Construction drawings, project material and Equipment that are necessary for execution of the works.
• He reports to the E&I General Foreman on the physical progress measurements achieved on weekly basis.
• He is also responsible for site liaison and coordination with other Departments, Sections and Subcontractors to ensure smooth performance of the E&I works.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Certifications
• Diploma- Electrical, instrumentation or E&C from an Accredited university (Full time).

• Oil and Gas/ Sit Consturction

Years of experience
• 8 years of experience in installation of Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom equipment in the Oil & Gas Industry.
