تعلن Dar Al Riyadh عن وظيفة مفتش كهربائي في الرياض لفحص الأعمال الكهربائية في المشاريع السكنية والتجارية ومواقع التجزئة والمكاتب والأندية والمرافق الخارجية. تشمل المهام مراجعة طلبات الفحص، والتحقق من مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات المعتمدة، ومتابعة الاختبارات والإجراءات التصحيحية، ودعم التشغيل التجريبي والتسليم. يشترط الحصول على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية وخبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التفتيش الكهربائي بمشاريع تطوير متعددة الاستخدامات واسعة النطاق. كما يشترط الإلمام بمتطلبات SEC وIEC وNFPA وNEC وكود البناء السعودي، والتسجيل الساري لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect MV/LV distribution, lighting, small power, earthing, emergency power, and electrical life-safety installations.
- Review and respond to electrical Requests for Inspection.
- Verify containment, cabling, terminations, panels, fixtures, and equipment against approved documents.
- Witness insulation-resistance, continuity, earth-resistance, functional, and operational tests.
- Inspect residential, commercial, retail, office, clubhouse, and external electrical works.
- Identify defective or non-compliant installations and monitor corrective actions.
- Support energisation, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of electrical inspection experience.
- Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, earthing, emergency power, and life-safety systems.
- Familiarity with SEC, IEC, NFPA, NEC, and Saudi Building Code requirements.
- Previous consultancy or construction supervision experience is preferred.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
