تعلن QatarEnergy عن وظيفة مخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ في رأس لفان، قطر. يتولى شاغل الوظيفة إعداد خطط إدارة الطوارئ وتحديثها وصيانتها، إلى جانب تطوير السيناريوهات والنصوص المستخدمة في التمارين. يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لدى جهة كبرى في قطاع النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات، منها 5 سنوات في تخطيط الطوارئ، مع معرفة بالمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة. كما يشترط الحصول على درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو العلوم أو إدارة الطوارئ أو الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والقدرة على العمل باستقلالية ومهارات تحليلية وكتابية وفنية قوية.

Primary Purpose of the Job
Develop, update and maintain Emergency Management (EM) plans and scenarios/scripts for exercises
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 10 years working experience in a HSE role in a large Oil and Gas/Petrochemical organization with 5 years in emergency planning.
- Experience and knowledgeable in the application of international standards for Emergency Management in the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical industry.
Educational Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering/Science/Emergency Management/HSE
- Able to work independently with effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills
