E&S Manager (Environment & Sustainability) - Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor environmental and sustainability performance across project sites.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Manage waste management, pollution control, biodiversity, and resource conservation programs.
• Prepare environmental reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead environmental incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct environmental training and awareness programs for project teams.
• Drive ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and sustainability initiatives.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
• Monitor environmental KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the E&S team to achieve project and organizational sustainability goals.
• Promote environmental best practices across all project activities.
• Ensure timely submission of environmental reports and regulatory requirements.
• Support sustainable development objectives and resource optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering
• Graduate in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Environmental Management
