We are looking for an experienced ERP Test Manager with 15+ years of QA and Testing experience, including extensive exposure to Oracle ERP systems. The candidate will be responsible for governing and leading System Integration Testing (SIT) activities across Oracle ERP programs, ensuring quality delivery of enterprise-wide implementations, enhancements, integrations, and regulatory initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership in test planning, test governance, stakeholder management, defect management, and coordination across multiple business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) for Oracle ERP applications.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, test schedules, and quality gates.
• Manage testing across Oracle ERP modules and integrated systems.
• Oversee test estimation, resource planning, execution tracking, and status reporting.
• Drive defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolution.
• Establish test metrics, dashboards, and quality reporting for leadership.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, processes, and best practices.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation activities during test execution.
• Support UAT planning and production readiness activities.

Required Domain & Technical Experience:
Strong experience in:

• Oracle ERP Applications
• Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
• AFCS (Oracle Financial Crime & Compliance Management)
• Oracle ERP Integrations and Interface Testing
• End-to-End Business Process Testing
• Financials, Procurement, Projects, and HRMS modules (preferred)
• API, Batch, Middleware, and Third-Party Integration Testing

Mandatory Skills :

• 15+ years of Testing and Quality Assurance experience
• Minimum 8+ years in Test Management / Test Leadership roles
• Strong Oracle ERP implementation and testing experience
• Experience governing large-scale SIT programs
