The Events Concierge is responsible for extending a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to guests attending events. This role contributes to the successful delivery of events by ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
