Job Description

Job purpose: Manage furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) selection, material coordination and technical documentation for fit-out and interior projects.

Key responsibilities
– Develop FF&E schedules, material specifications and selection documentation.
– Prepare material boards, samples, finishes schedules and technical submittals.
– Coordinate with designers, procurement, suppliers, consultants and site teams.
– Review samples, technical data sheets, compliance and approved specifications.
– Track material approvals, procurement lead times and delivery requirements.
– Ensure selected products meet design intent, budget and project specifications.
Requirements
– Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
– At least 8 years of relevant FF&E, fit-out or materials experience.
– Knowledge of finishes, furniture specifications, materials and supplier coordination.
– UAE/GCC fit-out experience preferred.
