Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for creating high-quality floral arrangements and decorations while ensuring operational flexibility to support daily business needs across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid driving license, which is an essential requirement for this role, to support deliveries, site visits, hotel maintenance, emergency requests, and operational movements when required, in addition to having a strong passion for flowers and design.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare floral arrangements and decorations for daily orders, events, and special occasions.

• Ensure all flowers and plants are fresh, well-maintained, and beautifully presented.

• Collaborate with clients and the floral team to fulfill creative and custom design requests.

• Manage flower care, storage, and inventory rotation.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Assist in setup and decoration for events and corporate installations.

• Perform deliveries, site visits, and operational support tasks when required.

• Support hotel maintenance and weekly flower change schedules across different locations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar creative role.

• Valid driving license (mandatory / essential requirement).

• Strong skills in floral design, arrangement, and decoration.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel within Riyadh for operational needs.

• Knowledge of flowers, plants, and their seasonal availability.

• Formal training or certification in Floral Design, Horticulture, or a related field is an advantage.

This position is open to candidates who are willing to transfer and be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
