Provide senior-level legal leadership with a focus on legal structuring, governance, corporate and commercial matters, M&A, and strategic transactions, supporting complex operations within Saudi Arabia and internationally. Support legal function structuring and governance frameworks. Advise senior management and board on legal strategy and risk. Lead corporate and commercial contracting. Manage M&A, joint ventures, and strategic transactions. Coordinate and manage external counsel. Support dispute resolution and risk mitigation. Strong negotiation and drafting capabilities. Leadership and stakeholder management. Commercial mindset with risk awareness. Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments. Law degree (JD or equivalent). 12+ years of post-qualification experience. Strong Saudi law and in-house experience. Proven experience with M&A, JVs, and governance. Experience working with boards and senior executives
