تقدم Dubai World Trade Centre برنامج Lami3 لخريجي الإمارات، ويشمل تدريباً منظماً وإرشاداً مهنياً وخبرة في أقسام متعددة على مدى 24 شهراً. يشترط للتأهل للبرنامج معدل تراكمي لا يقل عن 3.0. كما تتيح الشركة فرص تدريب عملي مدفوعة لمدة 3 إلى 5 أشهر لمواطني الإمارات بمعدل لا يقل عن 3.5، وفرصاً غير مدفوعة لمدة 5 أسابيع إلى 3 أشهر. البرامج في دبي ومخصصة لمواطني الإمارات.

Lami3 Programme
Lami3 supports the UAE's brightest National graduates as they take their first steps towards a successful career, offering structured training, mentorship, and cross-department experience across DWTC's diverse business units. Over 24 months, participants work with senior leaders and gain real-world business exposure (Graduates with GPA of 3.0+ are eligible to apply for Lami3 Programme).
Paid Internship
UAE National Paid Internships run between three and five months (GPA of 3.5+ are eligible to apply for paid internships at DWTC).
Unpaid Internship
UAE National Unpaid Internships run for five weeks to three months.
