تعلن Arab Open University (Bahrain) عن شاغر لرئيس قسم الموارد البشرية. يشترط الحصول على بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة، وخبرة عملية في الموارد البشرية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات، ويفضّل أن تكون في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. تُعد شهادة CIPD أو مؤهل مهني مماثل ميزة مفضلة، مع الإلمام بقانون العمل البحريني والأطر التنظيمية ذات الصلة. على المتقدمين إرسال السيرة الذاتية ونسخ من الشهادات الأكاديمية والمهنية وشهادات الخبرة عبر البريد الإلكتروني، على أن تكون الشهادات الأكاديمية معترفاً بها لدى مجلس التعليم العالي في مملكة البحرين.

The Arab Open University - Kingdom of Bahrain announces a vacancy for the following position:
Head / Human resources Department
Job requirements
Candidates must have
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
-CIPD certification or a similar professional HR qualification is highly preferred.
-Good familiarity with the Bahraini Labour Law and related regulatory frameworks.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within higher education institutions.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, reporting, and employee management skills.
