A Snapshot of your day

Your day involves leading the installation and maintenance services business for steam turbine equipment across the Middle East, ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational performance across multiple countries, ensuring the right expertise is deployed where and when it is needed. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence, optimize resource utilization, support business growth, and foster collaboration across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the Middle East steam turbine installation and maintenance services organization, developing and executing regional strategies that support business growth, customer requirements, and operational excellence.
• Oversee the safe, on-time, and cost-effective execution of new equipment installations, collaborating closely with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Manage the regional maintenance services portfolio, including outages, inspections, repairs, upgrades, and long-term service agreements to maximize equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, competency development, and resource optimization to ensure the availability of skilled personnel across the region.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to share resources, technical expertise, best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor financial and operational performance, champion EHS and quality compliance, strengthen customer relationships, and leverage digitalization to improve service delivery and decision-making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong technical expertise in steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, compressors, and associated auxiliary systems.
• 10–15 years of experience in field service, maintenance, installation, commissioning, or project execution within the energy, turbomachinery, rotating equipment, or industrial sectors.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing regional or multinational service teams, with proven success in workforce planning, staffing, resource deployment, and people development.
• Demonstrated track record in managing installation projects, maintenance service operations, operational budgets, and service KPIs, supported by strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working across multicultural environments and global organizations.
• Committed to the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and customer satisfaction, with fluency in English, willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East, and Arabic language skills considered an advantage.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
