Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards
• Conduct Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and hazard identification for all site activities
• Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety walks; ensure timely closure of non-compliances
  
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; perform Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs to promote safety culture
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems, RAMS, and PPE requirements
• Monitor contractor and workforce compliance with HSE procedures and safety standards
• Support emergency preparedness plans, drills, and ensure readiness of response systems
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and KPI tracking; submit regular safety performance reports
• Ensure environmental compliance including waste management and ISO 14001 requirements
• Support ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with site management and project teams to ensure safe execution of all construction activities
• Promote proactive safety culture and ensure zero-incident mindset across all project operations

Basic Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Science
• NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory preferred
• Minimum 4–7 years’ experience in HSE roles in construction/infrastructure projects
• Minimum 3+ years UAE experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ISO standards
