Ensure employees comply with PPE requirements and safety procedures.

Monitor housekeeping, machine guarding, fire safety, and emergency exits.

Report accidents, near misses, and safety violations to the Senior Safety Officer.

Conduct toolbox talks and assist with safety training.

Maintain safety inspection reports, checklists, and HSE records.

Follow upon corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

Monitor chemical storage, waste disposal, and environmental compliance.

Support the implementation of company HSE policies and applicable UAE safety regulations.

Support the maintenance of permits, certificates, training records, and other HSE documentation.

Ensure safety observations and non-compliance reports are properly recorded and submitted.

Ensure employees and contractors use the required PPE in designated areas.

Inspect PPE compliance and report damaged, missing, or unsuitable equipment.

Promote awareness of proper PPE selection, use, and maintenance.
