تعلن Stantec عن وظيفة مسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لمشاريع البنية التحتية للمياه في أبوظبي. تشمل المهام إدارة السلامة والصحة والبيئة في الموقع، وإعداد خطط السلامة، وتنفيذ التفتيش والتدقيق وتقييم المخاطر والتدريب، وتوثيق الحوادث في مشاريع الصرف الصحي ومياه الأمطار وشبكات المياه. يُشترط الحصول على درجة بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة، وخبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إنشاء البنية التحتية أو أعمال الصرف الصحي، وشهادة NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها، والتسجيل الرسمي لدى OSHAD/ADOSH، وشهادات سارية في الإسعافات الأولية ومكافحة الحريق، ورخصة قيادة إماراتية. وتُفضّل الموافقة السابقة من TAQA أو TRANSCO في مجال نقل المياه.

Description: The role involves working on projects associated with Sewerage & Stormwater, Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks and Water distribution networks, Pumping Station, Recycling Plant and rehabilitation works. This will involve undertaking investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration and construction supervising & monitoring.
Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Responsible for overall site Safety health and environment management.
Shall prepare site safety plan & procedures for site and implement safety policy.
Shall conduct safety meetings at least once every month and conduct the site safety Audit and report that to the management.
Health and safety supervisors conduct safety Training and other necessary training as fit by the management.
Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections and documents them for reference. Consult with workers and management on the best approach to deliver a safe working environment for all workers.
Conduct risk assessment program for the site work activities.
Conduct Audit for the site, contractor and sub-contractor, Raise NCR, Accident, Incident Report.
Client Service Management
Internal and external client liaison
Ability to build and maintain safety environment at site.
Experience in infra project HSE supervision Management.
Follow safe work practices and adhere to company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner.
Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with the Stantec Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures.
Maintain the health and safety environment at workplace.
Other duties as requested from time to time by the Resident Engineer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering / health & safety management, Environmental Science or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Construction/ Sewerage Field work background.
NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate or equivalent and other HSE related Diploma certification.
OSHAD/ ADOSH Official Registration.
Valid First Aid & Fire Fighting certification.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly in the UAE & Abu Dhabi.
UAE Driving License.
Previous TAQA / TRANSCO approval in Water transmission is preferred.
