POSITION: IN STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As the In Store Operations Manager at CELINE, you will report directly to the Store Director and work closely with the Deputy Store Director. You will oversee the operational and back-of-house functions, ensuring they seamlessly support the store’s business objectives and enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve leading a dedicated team, optimizing stock management and operational processes, and upholding CELINE’s standards of excellence. Through your strategic oversight and operational acumen, you will contribute to the store’s success and embody Maison’s commitment to luxury and sophistication.

Business Development

• Demonstrate a sophisticated commercial mindset by ensuring that operational strategies align with the store’s sales goals. Your keen understanding of market dynamics will enhance stock availability and support the store’s pursuit of excellence.
• Cultivate an extensive knowledge of CELINE’s products and craftsmanship, translating this expertise into meticulous stock management and operational strategies that elevate the customer experience and drive sales.
• Work closely with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to ensure that back-of-house operations align with the store’s strategic objectives. Your collaboration will drive cohesive execution and support the overall success of the store’s business initiatives.

Leadership and team development

• Lead with grace and authority, inspiring your team to embody CELINE’s values and achieve outstanding performance. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment where excellence thrives, and each team member feels valued and motivated.

Client Development

• Ensure that all back-of-house operations seamlessly support and enhance the client experience. Your commitment to operational excellence will directly contribute to CELINE’s reputation for delivering exceptional, personalized service.

Operations Excellence

• Oversee all aspects of stock management with meticulous attention to detail. From managing stock processes and transfers to ensuring precision in inventory control, your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of CELINE’s operations.
• Manage the procurement of essential supplies, such as packaging, stationery, beverages, and crockery, ensuring timely availability and adherence to CELINE’s quality standards.
• Oversee the management and execution of ecommerce orders, ensuring a high standard of quality and alignment with CELINE’s luxury brand values. Optimize the ecommerce channel to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct regular and meticulous inventories to monitor stock data. Develop and implement corrective actions based on detailed reports to address discrepancies and enhance overall inventory accuracy.
• Drive operational efficiency through the effective management of administrative tasks and processes. Your role will involve optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and implementing best practices to enhance store operations.

Image & Brand

• Maintain and elevate CELINE’s prestigious brand image through impeccable back-of-house operations and a commitment to luxury. Your attention to detail and adherence to CELINE’s standards will ensure that every aspect of the store reflects the Maison’s sophistication.
• Embody the values of CELINE in every interaction and decision. As a passionate ambassador for the Maison, your role will involve representing CELINE’s heritage and excellence with authenticity and pride.

Experience: Retail experience required +3/5 years of experience in management and operations within luxury/fashion business Competencies: Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams. Demonstrated aptitude in aligning operational strategies with business goals, using a deep understanding of market dynamics to support sales objectives and optimize stock management. Expertise in managing inventory with precision, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient processes that uphold CELINE’s standards of luxury and operational excellence. Skilled in overseeing administrative tasks and optimizing operational workflows, with a focus on efficiency and compliance with internal procedures and regulations. Strong commitment to enhancing the client experience through seamless back-of-house operations. Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory standards, ensuring that all aspects of store operations adhere to legal and internal requirements. Ability to drive improvements in operational processes and implement best practices that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness. Passionate ambassador for CELINE, with the ability to maintain and elevate the brand’s prestigious image through impeccable back-of-house operations and a commitment to luxury. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team. Languages: English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
