تبحث جامعة العين عن مدقق داخلي للعمل في أبوظبي، لمراجعة المشتريات والمالية والموارد البشرية والأصول وتقنية المعلومات والعمليات الأكاديمية. تشمل المهام مراجعة أوامر الشراء وعروض الأسعار ووثائق الموردين والعقود، والتحقق من التوريدات والأصول قبل صرف المدفوعات، وإعداد تقارير التدقيق والتوصيات ومتابعة الإجراءات المتفق عليها. كما يساهم شاغل الوظيفة في إعداد خطة التدقيق السنوية ومراجعات الالتزام والتحقيقات الخاصة عند التكليف. يشترط بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال وخبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التدقيق أو المالية، ويفضل الحصول على شهادة CIA أو CPA أو ACCA أو ما يعادلها.

Job Description
- Carry out audits of procurement, finance, HR, assets, IT and academic operations.
- Review LPOs, quotations, vendor documents, contracts and payment terms.
- Verify deliveries, installations and assets before payments are released.
- Prepare clear audit reports and recommendations for the Chief Internal Auditor.
- Follow up on the implementation of agreed actions.
- Help prepare the annual audit plan.
- Check compliance with University policies, UAE regulations and Ministry of Education requirements.
- Assist in investigations and special reviews when assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- CIA, CPA, ACCA or similar certification preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of audit or finance experience; higher education experience is an advantage.
Skills
- Knowledge of IIA Standards and risk-based auditing.
- Good understanding of procurement and UAE VAT.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.
