We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory coordinator to join our Hospital team.

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and materials.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Identify shortages, excess stock, expired, or damaged items and report accordingly.
• Coordinate with procurement, Stores, Finance, and other Departments as required.
• Prepare inventory reports and support periodic stock audits.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Inventory coordinator, preferably in Hospitals or Healthcare facilities.
• Honesty, reliable and well presented.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and knowledge and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Education, Experience & Special Training

• EDUCATION: BSC or Diploma Holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in inventory or stock control, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of medical supplies and hospital inventory procedures is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
