Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Sales Supervisor to join our team in Alhasaa. The supervisor will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring sales targets are met within the Eastern Region. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide the sales team and coordinate efforts across departments to enhance performance and achieve outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the key accounts sales team to achieve set objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop effective sales strategies within the Eastern Region to increase market share.
• Monitor sales plan implementation, analyze team performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure necessary support and achieve common goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in key accounts sales, preferably within a similar environment in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Deep understanding of client needs and how to meet them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve results under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
