Machine Operation

• Set up and operate the Solvent-Based Combi Laminator according to job specifications.
• Verify job orders, material specifications, adhesive systems, and process parameters before production.
• Monitor machine performance, web tension, coating weight, temperature, and drying conditions throughout production.
• Ensure proper winding, roll quality, and bonding strength of laminated structures.
• Perform job changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Achieve daily production targets with minimum wastage and maximum machine efficiency.

Adhesive Preparation & Process Control

• Prepare and mix adhesives, hardeners, and solvents according to approved formulations and ratios.
• Monitor adhesive viscosity, coating weight, and bond strength during production.
• Ensure compliance with solvent handling and storage procedures.
• Maintain records of adhesive consumption and process parameters.
