Job Summary

Execution and maintenance of Landscape Projects

Job Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge & experience in Landscape construction and maintenance projects.
• Should be able to understand contract drawings and site conditions.
• Should be able to implement site works according to approved shop drawings.
• Able to assist project manager in preparing project budgets and adherence to approved ones.
• Able to manage overall project construction activities according to approved contract documents.
• Prepare and submit projects sites progress reports for management review.
• Lead team of Technicians, foremen and gardeners and monitor their performance
• Able to communicate with related services at project sites to solve coordination issues.
• Should be able to understand project issues & complaints, report to management immediately.

Candidate Requirements

Preferably Degree in Agriculture but a diploma is also acceptabl
Minimum 5-6 year experience as agriculture engineer in similar projects
Competence with contracts and contractual requirements
Strong communication skills
Presentation skills.
Management and leadership skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree
