Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Lead Commissioning (Telecom) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.Qualification RequiredThe candidates should have bachelor's degree of engineering in relevant discipline from an accredited university.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, coordinating and executing the pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, integration and handover of offshore telecommunications systems.Rnsures that all telecom systems are installed, tested, integrated and operational in accordance with approved engineering documents, project specifications, Client/Operator requirements, applicable standards and HSE procedures.Interfaces closely with Engineering, Construction/HUP, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, IT/OT, Cybersecurity, Operations, Marine, Vendors, Subcontractors and Client representatives.Lead all telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.Develop the telecom commissioning execution strategy.Ensure commissioning is executed according to approved procedures and project schedule.Execute telecom cutovers with minimum disruption to operations.Support offshore start-up and operational acceptance.Experience RequiredMinimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years significant in offshore project.Proven experience in telecom commissioning within offshore oil and gas projectProven experience leading multidisciplinary telecom commissioning teams.Experience with brownfield modifications, hook-up and offshore tie-ins is strongly preferredPreferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.#LI-AS1
