Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Lead Construction Engineer - Construction & Installation (Structure) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.Qualification RequiredThe candidates should have Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and technically supporting the structural fabrication, construction, installation, modification and completion activities for offshore oil & gas facilities.Ensures that structural works are executed safely, efficiently, within schedule and in accordance with approved engineering documents, specifications, codes, project procedures and Client/Operator requirements.Acts as the principal structural construction interface between Engineering, Fabrication, Offshore Installation, HUP, Marine, Lifting, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Procurement, Vendors, Subcontractors and Client representatives.Lead structural construction engineering activities.Provide technical direction to structural construction teams.Coordinate structural work fronts with fabrication and offshore installation teams.Ensure construction activities follow approved engineering documents.Resolve field engineering and constructability issues.Coordinate structural execution with other disciplines.Support construction management in achieving project milestones.Experience RequiredMinimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 to 8+ years significant in offshore project.Proven experience in in structural construction/installationSignificant offshore structural installation experience.Experience with offshore platforms, jackets, topsides or modulesStrong experience in structural fabrication and offshore installationPreferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.#LI-AS1
