Responsibilities

1. Own the logistics analytical engine behind our on-demand delivery operations.
2. You will define how we measure success across on-time rate, cancellation rate, capacity-to-demand balance, and rider productivity, then dig into the data when numbers move, find the real story behind anomalies, and turn findings into strategy leadership actually acts on.
3. Be the architect of how our frontline teams learn and grow.
4. You will turn scattered best practices into a repeatable playbook, design recognition and incentive programs that make strong performance visible and rewarded, and build a culture where teams push themselves rather than waiting to be pushed.
5. Be the bridge between headquarters strategy and regional reality.
6. You will take company-wide policies and make them work on the ground across markets, adapting where local conditions demand it and proving the impact with measurable results.
7. Give regional teams a voice at headquarters.
8. You will surface the operational pain points field teams live with every day, rally the right cross-functional owners to fix them, and keep the improvement loop running market by market.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, frontline enablement, or a similar hybrid strategy-and-execution role within high-volume logistics, on-demand delivery, or gig-economy platforms.
2. Proven track record in building operational frameworks, training programs, or performance management systems for frontline or field teams.
3. Possess strong data analysis capabilities(SQL) and execution skills.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills, with experience working across regional and headquarters teams.
5. Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional regional languages strongly preferred given the localization scope.

Highlights

1. Direct ownership of the operational analytics and enablement function across multiple high-growth markets.
2. High-visibility role with regular exposure to headquarters leadership and cross-functional strategy discussions.
3. Opportunity to build regional operational frameworks from the ground up and define how frontline teams are enabled, measured, and motivated.
4. Clear growth path toward broader operations leadership as the function expands.
5. Competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with seniority and scope.
