Job Description

Summary:
The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization's logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing activities.
Job Responsibility:
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Implement and maintain logistics policies and procedures to comply with regulations and meet quality standards.
- Handle any issues or delays in the supply chain and implement effective solutions.
- Supervise logistics team members and provide leadership and guidance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
