Summary:
The Manager of Strategic Procurement plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing the purchasing activities of an organization to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
- Lead negotiations with vendors to secure advantageous terms and pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in procurement operations.
- Manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in strategic procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
