We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team. As a Marketing Executive, you infuse our dynamic Marketing Team with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a relentless commitment to delivering impactful campaigns. Your role is a creative weapon, armed with innovative ideas, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with media partners, influencers, corporate contacts to enhance hotel visibility and support revenue growth.
• Support marketing initiatives to maximize business opportunities for Rooms, Conference & Banqueting, and Food & Beverage outlets.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including promotional designs, digital content, advertisements, flyers, and other visual communication materials in line with brand standards.
• Manage and create content for hotel social media platforms, including planning posts, writing captions, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
• Conduct photography and video shoots for hotel events, promotions, facilities, dining experiences, and guest activities to support marketing campaigns.
• Assist in developing creative campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain an updated database of media contacts, influencers, and marketing partners.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all communication channels while demonstrating professionalism and service excellence.
• Assist in monitoring the marketing budget, controlling operating costs, and ensuring activities are aligned with the approved marketing plan.
• Prepare reports and complete additional projects or assignments as requested by the Director of Business & Development
• Aid in organizing events, promotions, and partnerships for increased awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, analyzing website traffic, social metrics, and guest feedback.
• Provide administrative support, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing marketing budgets.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, offering insights and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Marketing/PR role.
• Previous experience in an international Brand environment within the Oman/GCC region is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Creative skills with experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software).
• Good photography and videography skills with the ability to create engaging visual content.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset, passionate about marketing, and eager to learn and adapt.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage cross-functional departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for branding and hospitality marketing.
• Must be an Omani national
• Language: Arabic & English
