Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable results.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Manage marketing budgets, analyze ROI, and provide data-driven recommendations for resource allocation
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and content creation to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and consumer insights specific to the Saudi market
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign delivery
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership
• Customize marketing programs to resonate with local audiences while maintaining global brand standards
• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience in a corporate environment
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
• Demonstrated experience with marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance measurement
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, consumer behavior, and local business practices
• Saudi Arabian nationality or valid residency status (required)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Bilingual capabilities (Arabic and English)
• Experience with video marketing and multimedia content creation
• Background in brand management or product marketing
• Knowledge of marketing compliance and regulations in the Middle East region
