OVERVIEW --- Position | Principal Advisor, Cluster Coordination and Support Senior Manager | Job Code | TBD Reports to | Development Director -DMO | Direct Reports | No Division/Section | Trojena | Department | Development Management Office (DMO) Sector | Trojena | Job Family | TBD Role Purpose | To manage the coordination of activities across all Trojena clusters, acting as the central point for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and providing operational and strategic support to cluster leads. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations, alignment across clusters, timely risk mitigation, and prompt resolution of issues to maintain progress on key initiatives. The Manager also plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of Trojena's strategic objectives by fostering collaboration and facilitating communication between stakeholders KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES Role Summary | This role supports the Development Director by facilitating cross-functional communication and coordination across Trojena's clusters. The Manager ensures that clusters work in sync with one another and with the overarching Masterplan objectives. By acting as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and operational support, this role is instrumental in maintaining alignment and smooth execution of cluster activities. Cluster Coordination: | Facilitate communication and coordination across clusters to ensure that all activities are aligned with the overall project goals and strategic directives. Serve as the key liaison between cluster leads, ensuring that information flows efficiently and that all clusters are working towards common objectives. Organize and lead regular coordination meetings between cluster teams to ensure alignment, share updates, and address any inter-cluster dependencies. Proactively identifying potential areas of misalignment between clusters and work with cluster leads to realign activities as needed. Troubleshooting and Support: | Act as the primary point of contact for cluster leads when they encounter operational challenges, providing prompt support and troubleshooting to keep projects on track. Address complex issues by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to find effective solutions that align with Trojena's goals. Monitor the progress of each cluster, ensuring that emerging issues are resolved promptly to avoid delays or disruptions. Collaborate with the Development Director to provide strategic guidance to cluster leads, ensuring that decisions are made with the long-term success of the project in mind. Escalation Management | Develop and streamline escalation processes to ensure that any project-related issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Facilitate the resolution of escalated issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management on escalated matters, ensuring transparency and clarity around resolutions. Collaboration & Communication: | Foster a culture of collaboration across clusters, encouraging teamwork and shared problem-solving to achieve project goals. Serve as a key point of contact for the Development Management Office, ensuring that project compliance and progress are communicated effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Present reports and insights to senior management, ensuring that decision-makers are kept informed of key developments and potential risks. Work closely with the Development Director to align cluster activities with strategic priorities and to address any cross-functional issues that may arise BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Experience | Proven experience in cross-functional coordination, preferably within large-scale development projects. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex operational challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in managing relationships across different teams or clusters, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment. Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts. principles, practices, and procedures.
