| Be a thought leader, partner, and an integral part of a team of high-performing product managers in the platform portfolio Define the product with executable business requirement documents and user stories while managing scope Bring together innovative products and services that leverage assets in our ecosystem based on deep customer insights and a strong understanding of the future of global payments Create innovative, customer-driven Solution Proposals and Solution Designs utilizing existing framework and solutions Acquire know-how on blockchain industry landscape, T&D's products, and support the product and solution teams in driving the development of product features and functionality, leveraging the strong foundation of existing capabilities where appropriate Boundary scanning role to keep abreast of the latest in the industry, helping to benchmark and identify gaps in the product offering Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engagement teams, solution team, client services, other product teams, risk, and other applicable groups) and external partners to execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritization, and ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from ideation to launch. Own experience, product, and business outcomes Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the blockchain space | Familiarity of leading blockchain protocols. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with customer facing product development. Experience with API product development. Experience with agile development and scrum. Knowledge of Blockchain and data security. Experience in product delivery using blockchain. | Past experiences of leading product teams in designing, implementing, and delivering complex IT solutions. 8+ years of experience managing software products 5+ years of experience working with blockchain-related products
